The Reinhard Ernst Museum is opening!
It is official: The eagerly anticipated opening date of the Museum Reinhard Ernst (mre) is set! We will open our doors to you on Sunday, 23rd June 2024. Save the date! The international museum scene gets a spectacular new addition solely dedicated to abstract art in the heart of Wiesbaden, Germany!
Reinhard Ernst invites: ‘Join us in looking forward to a major event: the Museum Reinhard Ernst will soon open to the public in the heart of Wiesbaden, at Wilhelmstraße 1. The mre is the tenth museum architect and my friend Fumihiko Maki has built and the first building of this kind in Europe. It can already be said that this museum will set new standards in museum architecture.’

Tuesday to Sunday 12:00-18:00
Wed 12:00-21:00
Closed Mondays
Mornings are reserved exclusively for student visits.
Admission prices:
Regular €14
Reduced €12
All children up to 18 years have free admission.
Tickets can be pre-ordered from May 6th 2024 in the online shop.
